Looking for alien/human romance books that feature the MCs as enemies or at least very uncertain of each other. I do not like insta-love or mated MCs. Any ideas?

My favorite is The Last Hour of Gann

Also- I like my aliens to look alien

Have you read rules of redemption by T.A White? though focused more on plot than romance, but it's a great read.
