Explanation of the numbers or words: June is the 6th month, named for the Roman goddess Juno, Father's Day is the 3rd Sunday, rose is the birth flower, pearl is the birthstone, 30 days in June, it is the summer and winter solstices on June 21, lots of meteor showers in June, UK's National Smile month, June begins with 'J' and has 4 letters, the 1st Saturday in June is National Children's Day, one of the zodiac signs for June is Cancer, Plutarch implied that June was more favorable for weddings than May, June 30 is Navy Day in Israel, the first Wednesday of June is World Bicycle Day, June is the Great Outdoors Month and National Ocean Month in the US, June 26th is Ratcatcher's Day in Germany, the third Saturday is World Music Day, and the first Sunday is Teacher's Day in Hungary, and June 1st is National Tree Planting Day in Cambodia

I don't mind when you begin the book. I'll change the rules to say "Books must be finished during the challenge period."

Go Barb! I was wondering if you'll use Soldiers of Fotune for B1=6, now I have my answer :-D

I thought about it, but already had the 6 filled in with another book :) Could you hear me laughing while I listened to the latest adventures of the crew in Sinful? Hubby thinks I've lost my mind...

Any suggestions or requests for next month's Bingo theme? Remember that there needs to be at least 24 key words or numbers to fill the Bingo board.

All things summer came to mind right off including a nod or two to Independence Day. Beaches, ocean, all that good stuff!

YAY. And it gets better in the next one (which I'm re-reading currently). My very favorite is still #11. I'm really curious what you'll think of this one when you get that far.

BTW: I think hubby needs some Sinful input to laugh with you :-D

I love the idea, on the other hand we could split it. Take Independence Day for July and 'All things summer' for August - both have enough content to generate 24 key words.
