It was a very close one between this book and Daughter of the Deep in our poll, but taking into account people's second votes in the comments, this book won by just 1 more vote!
I'm really excited to read this because it seems like a fun and quirky concept. If enough people enjoy reading this one it might be cool to keep reading the next book next month and make it our next series readathon!

Ambrose Deception was quite popular too so maybe we'll read that in July too or September or something. All the books on the poll had sufficient interest which I'm really glad about so we may just end up reading all of the options some time down the line😂

Oh gosh really? I dropped Serafina after finding the first book to be abysmal. I knew I wasn't going to enjoy it and I really tried with book 1. I definitely couldn't put myself through more of that. But I totally relate to finding the group related reads pile up over the months; I'm still actively reading Red, White, and Whole from April😂

Hopefully you find the time to reread it but if not no worries, maybe the discussion can help refresh your memories anyway and feel free to join in with the discussion if you like!

Ooh I get you. And it'll be like a bonding thing so that's nice! I hope you enjoy end up enjoying it when you find the time to get round to it then!

Long story short, I can't find my copy of Story Thieves at the moment, though I did find Serafina. New floor is scheduled to be installed next Wednesday.

Oh no! Sorry to hear about the flooding incident but I’m glad your books are ok! It would’ve been sad if they were damaged.
Well there’s still the whole month left so maybe you’ll manage to find your copy within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime I hope you enjoy the first Serafina book! If you want to discuss it or share your thoughts here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... feel free, but of course it’s up to you!😊
(I just noticed I posted this on the wrong discussion page days ago😂 I came back here the other day and just thought it hadn’t sent but it did, I was just in the wrong page!)
