((Is the herb patrol taking place here?))

((Time skip, noice))Gullpaw shot a look at the rest of the patrol, feeling uneasy. He knew it was a herb patrol, but it just felt wrong to be on a patrol at all.
To distract himself, he looked around, looking for anything useful for their store.

Gullpaw sniffed the air. No herb scent...cat scent, though.He looked around suspiciously. After a moment, he shrugged his shoulders and assumed it was just the scent of his clanmates on the patrol.

Heatherclaw stopped. "There!" He called out, pointing with his claw. "Burnet! Gullpaw, help me chew the stems off."
"Okay." Gullpaw said, following Heatherclaw to assist him with the burnet.

Ravenstar entered the forest, searching for the kits and praying to StarClan that they were safe. "Spiderkit! Mintkit! Smokekit!" he called their names, hoping to get a response.

Ravenstar kept searching the forest with Iceblossom until he spotted the kits with the rest of the patrol. Ravenstar was filled with both relief that they were safe and disappointment that they didn't follow his orders. "What are you kits doing here? I told you you couldn't leave camp" he said.
Gullpaw turned around at the sounds of the yowling, and he stifled a laugh at the sight of Smokekit hiding in the bush- well, trying to hide in the bush. He stared down at the pile of burnet leaves he and Heatherclaw had already gathered to distract himself.
Ravenstar sighed. "I know you're there, Smokekit. I can see your tail. Now come out, please" he said.
Gullpaw let out a squeak as he pricked itself on one of the burnet's thorns.
Ravenstar turned to face Frostpaw. "Frostpaw, is this true? Do you help the kits sneak out with the patrol when I said not to?" he asked.

"Tell the truth, Frostpaw" Ravenstar said. He focused his gaze on Spiderkit. "You know that kits aren't supposed to leave camp, Spiderkit. I'm disappointed you didn't follow my orders" he said.
Ravenstar gave a small smile. "No one is getting punished, Smokekit. And, thank you for being honest with me" he said. He turned to face Frostpaw. "And Frostpaw, sorry for blaming you" he said.
Gullpaw broke away from the Patrol, walking up to them with a some shredded leaves in his tail. "So...the kits came?" He asked. He added with a chuckle, "We could still use more help carrying herbs. They could be useful."
Ravenstar glanced at Echostream. "It's okay. I should apologize as well. I believed it was you at first" he said. He looked over to Frostpaw. "Frostpaw, don't worry about it. No punishment will be given. Just don't do it again. Am I clear?" he asked.

Spiderkit's tail drooped but she padded over to Gullpaw, "What should I carry?"
Ravenstar gave a small laugh. "Well, that's good!" he said with a bit of sarcasm. He faced the direction of camp. "Everyone head back to camp. We need to bring the kits back so no one will worry about them"
Gullpaw shot them an encouraging glance.
Ravenstar arrived in the forest, with Smokepaw not far behind him. "Ready start your lesson, Smokepaw?" he asked.
Ravenstar smiled. "Alright, here is the first lesson: always be alert. You never know when prey can walk by. The key is to crouch down slowly enough so no prey can see you" he said. demonstrating by crouching down in the grass.
"Good" Ravenstar said. "Now, when the prey gets close enough, you pounce" he said. He lunged forward pounced on the grass, showing Smokepaw how to pounce properly. "Now you try" he said.
Ravenstar gave a small laugh. "Are you okay, Smokepaw?" he asked.
Ravenstar nodded. "Good" he said. Suddenly, he saw a mouse go by. It stood there, possibly looking for food. "You see that mouse, Smokepaw? Now's your chance to catch it. Rerember what I taught you." he said in a quiet voice so he wouldn't startle the mouse.
"Now, you make the killing blow" Ravenstar said. He was impressed Smokepaw caught his first prey so quickly.
"Yes, it will be easier to finish off when it's on the ground" Ravenstar said. He could tell Smokepaw was struggling to kill the mouse, but he knew he would get better with practice.
Ravenstar smiled. "Good job, Smokepaw. Do you want to go back to camp or continue training?" he asked.
"Let's head back to camp, then" Ravenstar said. He walked towards the direction of camp, not walking so fast so Smokepaw could keep up.

DripPaw found herself yet another downed log that was rotting away to sit on. Her breath ragged still yet she didn't let it show that it bothered her greatly. Her eyes rested as she watched the horizon taking in this beautiful sight. DripPaw looked down at her semi-burned front paws and the singed hair that lay upon them. She wished not to see the rest of her body nor wanted the help of a medicine cat to help treat it.

she prefers to be away and not cause problems. Quite a loner in a clan.))
Pebblekit had followed the lone she-cat out into the forest. He'd never met a cat from another clan before. He was so curious on is she was any different them him. He jumped onto the log scaring the she-cat from her deep thought,"What's your name? My name's Pebblekit! Do you like mice, I like mice. Have you fought anyone before? You smell like smoke do all Stormclan cats smell like smoke? What's it like over there? Do you guys have many storms there?" The kit droned on asking question after question which left DripPaw with a confused look upon her face.
DripPaw slowly listened to the kit as it rambled on and on. She tried to answer all his questions to the best of her abilities. That was of course until he started to talk and ask about her burns,"They are reminders of how dangerous life out here really is Pebblekit." she lowered her head to meet his eyes,
"You should run along back to the main camp now your mother might be worried about you." she told him in a monotone voice.
Just then Pebblekits eyes widened,"Oh right mama!" he jumped up and quickly scurried off, bounding back to the BlazeClan camp leaving DripPaw alone in the calming silence of the wilderness.
Nightflame entered the forest, looking around the area. What he saw was what he suspected. Almost all of the area was ash and dust, except for the area he, Shadowtail. and Smokepaw were in. "It's all gone" he said sadly.
"I don't know, Smokepaw. That would be up to Ravenstar, and he's not here right now. We wouldn't have a place to go, though, since the other Clans have burned, too." Nightflame said. He knew the twoleg place was their only option, but he wasn't sure the cats there would be warm and welcoming.
((Sounds good!))"Yeah, it's probably best we check the other camps out. Good idea, Shadowtail" Nightflame said. He walked into the ash, it feeling weird between his paws.
Nightflame heard Shadowtail's voice, running to hide behind a tree. He could hear the footsteps, staying silent as to not get the attention of whatever it was.
Nightflame nodded, signaling for Shadowtail and Smokepaw to follow. He silently walked, not wanting to attract the attention of the twolegs. While his voice didn't go through, he mouthed the words, Be absolutely quiet, hoping they understood what he said.
"Yes, let's go before the twolegs notice us" Nightflame said. "Okay Smokepaw, follow us" he said. checking to see if the apprentice was still there, but had disappeared. "Wait, where's Smokepaw?" he asked, looking to see if the apprentice was nearby.
"Agreed" Nightflame said. "Ravenstar is going to be so mad if we can't find him!" he said. Nightflame was worried. He was hoping that Smokepaw was safe and nearby, and didn't go too far.
Emberpaw followed Gullpaw through the forest. "Besides the honey, what herbs are we looking for?"
