For rp in the forest

((I’m going to assume that she already had her vision with Lostfang and Dagger is going to find her mainly to get Earthclan to Blazeclan..))

Dagger carefully made his way through the forest hoping he could catch any cats scent through the smoke. His fur was covered in ash more now than ever. He was nervous with how close the fire was to his location but he wasn’t going to let this queen get harmed. He felt complete joy when he realized he could smell a cat nearby. He approached the roots under the tree and realized he saw a cat and a small little kit wiggling around. “Hello… are you Tigerlily.”

“My name is Dagger.. I’m a loner and I told Emberpaw that I would help look for any one that was lost.” He sat down away from the she-cat thankful she had this much fight in her.” The fire is getting worse and if you let me I’d like to help you get to safety.”

Dagger thought long and hard before responding.”I did not but I did see one who had passed on earlier in the Blazeclan camp.” He saw the instant sadness hit the she-cat and he instantly couldn’t just sit by he sprung forward to let her bury his face in his chest..

“Sometimes we get dealt with the hardest trials.. all we can do is overcome them.”Dagger responded softly thinking about the description. “When I was in Blazeclan I saw a Tom meeting that description but he was no longer with us… but there is a tiny kit that got named Darkkit still in the camp and I can tell that you are still tired.. I will carry your kit and we can make our way to the camp.” He responded softly. It was very obvious to him that the kit he saw in Blazeclan that was being ignored was the same age as the little one wiggling about on the moss.


((Actually I don’t care if she starts trying to get Darkkit back right away. I think it would just cause fight in the clan now.))

“ I promise you do not have to lie to me. I will tell no one your secret..The look I saw in your eyes when you realized I was not your mate… was the look in my own mothers eyes when she realized that a two-leg monster killed my dad..” Dagger admitted and helped her to her feet.” It’s why I am afraid to fall in love. Losing a mate or having someone I can’t have would break me.” He helped her towards the border his mind wandering to Emberpaw before shaking the thoughts away from his head.

Emberpaw raced through the trees, hurrying to find the two missing, Even if all the fires had gone out. "Hello? Anyone there? Dagger? Tigerlily?"

“Your secret is safe with me no matter what..” Dagger whispered as he heard a familiar voice.” We are over here!” He called out to Emberpaw.

Emberpaw bounded towards them, her heart beating faster as she got into sight of them. "Dagger! Let's get them to the camp in Blazeclan."

They headed towards Blazeclan. "We're almost there," Emberpaw said encouragingly. She smiled at the kit.
