I struggle with meditation - my mind is only quiet when I'm asleep (I think!). So if I try to meditate, I tend to fall asleep. I love the affirmations. They REALLY work for me. I don't always get time alone in order to speak them out but I saw a photo of Hal in a shared hotel room, doing his SAVERS in the bathroom and that helped. There's always an extraction fan that provides a nice bit of background noise.
My E is walking my dogs. I'd like to sneak in some stretches/yoga/Pilates first but their bladders disagree with that plan.


What is working for me is piggy-backing the Exercise --> Silence. This helps me remember to do them in sequence. I do a series of 15 min stretches (the "E") then do my Transcendental Meditation (the "S"ilence) for 20 min.
