Clean YA Book Club discussion

It is time for nominations for our July 2022 BOTM Group Read. This month our theme is going to be of a book "MADE INTO A MOVIE". I hope you are looking forward to this.

Little Women: Specifically the one made in 2019 with Emma Watson. It’s a long book but I’ve always enjoyed it.

Life of Pi: Most likely a little violence because there's a tiger involved in the story, but no romance. Never have read it, but I want too!

A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness

I know this is a safe book, maybe a few mean words and bullying but it's really about a boy's relationship with his mother and how he's handling his grief. The movie was much the same and has great visuals.

The ballad of songbirds and snakes is being made into a movie

Wonder is a really good or where the crawdad sings it’s gonna be a movie July 9th

Hmmm. YA Books made into movies...The Earthsea Cycle books were made into movies. They are clean and fantastic. Highly recommend.
