What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book between 2014 and 2016. It was a standalone.

The heroine was a redhead who was probably on her las year of High school (I just remember she was young, so arround 18/19 years old) There's a huge probability that she has no family or a shity mother...and she has to work to make a living.

The book starts with a scene on the side of the road while she is walking home from work and a bike rides past (you find out later on that the man on the bike was the biker she falls in love with). She continues walking and then her 'friend' (I think his name was Owen but I can't really tell) picks her up from the side of the road in his pick up truck. They aren't close friends but as she has nobody...you know he is as close as a friend as she can get.

I remember the heroine was always wearing long sleeved T-shirts because the skin of her arms was all scarred. She doesn't like people looking at them. She had an accident when she was a child. After her relationship with the biker she gets over her scars, grows more confident and starts wearing whatever.

The misunderstanding comes when the biker goes away for a few days, leaving her in his house (she'd started living with him), and while he was gone her friends invite her to a party on the beach (there was a bonfire and everything). While she was there her 'friend' (the one who had picked her up at the beginning of the story) takes advantage of her, he pulls her away from the party and abuses her (I remember the heroine described it like super painful because the sand got into her private parts, apart from the obvious reasons..).
After that horrible situation the heroine feels dirty, alone, and desperate, she doesn't know what to do so she waits for the biker to come back (I think it was just one or two days away). When he returns she is soo relieved, she goes to meet him and jumps him, but he is very cold with her. I don't remember if he explains or if there was a chapter in his POV but I know he did that because when he stopped for gas when he was close to town someone told him they'd seen her with her 'friend' at the beach. He acuses her of cheating and then he leaves.

The story resumes years later (between 5 or 7 years) when the biker returns for his father's funeral. (I don't remember how that came about, I just know the girl knew his father and visited him regularly during those years, his father knew she had a child but never told the biker...maybe they were estrangled...)

They see each other again at the funeral where he realizes she has a little girl (around 5 or 6) and he believes it's his. He leaves the funeral dramatically and then appears at her house demanding to see her daughter...

Well, from there they start rebuilding their relationship. The heroine's friend is still in the picture and they battle for custody and they also do a DNA test because the heroine still didn't know who was the father. Obviously, it's the biker...

At the end there's a scene where the heroine's 'friend' breaks into their house and threatens them with a gun...

If you could help me out I'd really apreciate it. I've been searching for this story for years...

Sounds like an interesting book; I 'd like to read it, too. VERY long shot, but is it "Fay" by the late, great Larry Brown? I read that years ago and loved it; very dark; don't recall all the details, just that it was tragic, realistic, and not an uplifting story.
