Cozy Mysteries discussion

Hello! Looking for cozies where cryptids (bigfoot, cupacabra, etc.) are at the center, whether they are actually in the book or people just think they are the culprit. Or a cozy where the townspeople have a cryptid legend? Thanks!

That's interesting. I don't think I've heard of anything like that. I did read another book with cryptids (not sure of the genre, I think suspense) if you'd like to check that out.

Like PugMom, I cannot think of any cozy mysteries that fit, but there was a Bigfoot in a Werewolf in the North Woods by Vicki Lewis Thompson, second book in her “Wild about you” light romance series. Also features werewolves, so if that interests you I’d recommend checking it out.

I recently finished a book that featured a cryptid:
Buried in a Good Book by Tamara Berry

It was a pretty funny book and enjoyable.

I read that one too Julesy and it was good, focused on the cryptid quite a bit.
