Clovis TC 1. This book is split up into 4 sections. What do you think of this decision? Was there a section that you preferred over the others?
2. Most of the poems do not have a title -- what do you think of this? Did it change how you read this book of poetry?
3. Many of the poems are accompanied by drawings. Do you think those drawings were necessary to include for some of the poems? Or did you find them more distracting than anything else?
4. Were there any poems that you could relate to?
5. Kaur has received a lot of mixed reviews on her style of poetry. Do you personally like Kaur’s style of poetry? If not, what issues did you have with it?

Christoph Groß Pretty good read. But rather thin for my taste.

Briella Hill Rupi Kaur is the first poet I ever paid attention to, and introduced me to my love of poetry. After reading more, I have realized her poems are slightly shallow, but some of them are truly SO beautiful. I believe the drawings are absolutely necessary. They add more artistic value. There are a few poems to me that seem slightly childish, though. Personally, I find Homebody to be much more engaging and deep than Milk and Honey. I wish all of her poems were longer.

I agree.
