Avengers Assemble! discussion

The family/ community stuff was great.
Everything else was a mess.

ClanDestine were wasted, not to mention near pointless, generic bad guys, Damage Control was the MCU's 3rd shifty, barely competent government agency and Kamala's backstory was so convoluted at the end of 6 episodes that it felt like she'd been in the X-men comic for a decade.

Like the character and looking forward to the Marvels, but the MCU needs to take a breath before the movies become as big a mess as the comics.

I haven’t read the Ma Marvel comics. I was wondering about getting Disney Plus to watch this and some other stuff with my 7 year old daughter.

Not a good idea?

Disney+ is definitely worth the money.
Even if you only want marvel stuff, the catalog is huge.
and I would recommend Ms. Marvel, as I think your daughter is more the target audience.

I'm old and grumpy, so some of the stumbles in the writing bugged me, but it is a pretty solid show and cast.
