I think this rather depends on where you come from. Sometimes there are separate sections for english books in bookstores and libraries. However, these do rarely have a wide selection of books. But you can always fall back on online stores. Once again, which online store you shop at depends on which country you’re living in.
well, i live in greece and there's a respectable amount of bookstores that sell books in english (and other foreign languages too), so i get them from there :)
i love book depository! The shipping in European countries is free and there are often great discounts. Just keep in mind that the shipping is usually quite long:( I'm from Lithuania and it takes 16-22 business days to ship from the UK
I live in germany and i buy my english books in thalia bc they are sometimes cheaper than the german versions. Buecher.de sell english books too
I'm from Greece and you can find books in other languages in some big bookstores but there aren't many. There is "Public" and "NAKAS BOOK HOUSE" which have, I think, the most books in other languages but it's not always guaranteed you'll find what you're looking for. But you can order books online from all bookstores. The bad thing is, shipping takes a lot of time. Around 1-4 months.
well in Milan we have Hoepli an international library where we can find popular books in English, otherwise I buy them from amazon
mainly amazon, but here in rome there are some english/american bookstores around or just a small department in normal bookstores
