when your annotating the book and try to highlight it, but realise your using the wrong highlighter… and it seeps through.
Non removable stickers, when you buy a book and sometimes on the pages there are little spots, when text is blurred
I agree that real people on the cover is annoying, unless if it's done well (in my opinion), like A Little Life or Young Mungo, usually when you can't see all of their face.
when people on the cover don't look like what they're described to look likewhen I find out I was butchering a character's name
CLIFFHANGERS--they can be fun sometimes but sometimes they are just unnecessary
when series' just drag on and kind of loose the plot
1. Real people in covers2. Non removable stickers
3. Long chapters
4. When book 1 and book 2 are different in size
5. Blindingly white paper
ugly covers, bad diagramation (is ths even the word lol? but yk too much text in one page, small letters, too little text in a page, way too large letters..) and white pages:\
some books have like “the tiktok sensation” written on it and its so gross like no i dont want people thinking i exclusively read tiktok books okay it just has good reviews.
i have a lot but one i didn’t see was when a book you think is absolutely terrible but everyone else loves it cuz its a booktok book
when a book has "now a netflix series" or any sticker like that when you cant it off. Also when a book is terrible but people hype it up so much because its on tiktok
I LOVE enemies to lovers but I hate it when the enemies r already lovers within a couple of chapters 😐
1. Really long chapters (what is the need)2. Half naked people on covers (people in public do NOT need to know what I’m reading)
3. Non-removable stickers.
