Laura ran down a dirt road path, she wasn't getting chased but she didn't want to be out in the open for too long, especially if living people where around or the inevitable zombie or three.

she saw the farm a long distance away and has been running a steady pace the entire time, she was mostly in a hurry because she hasn't slept good in a week and the farm looked safe enough to allow her a great sleep.

she continued on the path, slowly getting into a jog than a walk after she started cramping and wheezing. she now stopped to take a break and recharge for the rest of the hike.
