I just read this book by Stephen King ~Elevation and I feel sad as to why I did that… It is so bizarres that I don’t know how to feel, with the name I had certain expectation to what my mind was being served and now it feels like I sat to dine in a completely unacceptable restaurant. Anyone else out there sharing these feels?

It was a surprising story. I like the characters, to writing style but I didn't like how it ended. It may require a reread to better understand it.
I liked Elevation a decent amount. It's not a classic or anything, but I found it to be a good enjoyable read. felt a little ham-fisted in this one. I think a lot of that has to do with the length of this book. I have recently read The Outsider and The Institute, both recent King books, and to my recollection they both contained a good few Trump jabs as well. King seems to have a knack for inserting his opinions into his books, and I think it is generally handled in an inoffensive way.
