Each story stands on its own so I would say review them separately, maybe with cross links to the others?

I'd personally keep them all together. While I do agree with RoseAnn - that all stories are stand-alones - I believe when reviewing a collection it's important to review each story individually (sometimes only focusing on the highlights), and also the collection as a whole ... after all, the collection was chosen by the author and put together for a reason. Sometimes stories can appear in several collections, so I like to review what I thought of the particular pairing.
