Is anyone up to talking about indie publishing post-COVID? What has changed???
I haven't been entirely in the loop, but I don't see much change, although I know for a while book sales were going strong because, well, what did anyone have to do otherwise?

Sales were down mid-summer for me too. What am I doing for promotion? A lot of thinking! I know I need to crack FB soon, very soon. Short of time, that's the problem (aren't we all?).The good news is that I have finished my latest book and I am waiting for the paperback proof to arrive. More news is on my just published status update here on Goodreads and more news to follow soon on my blog.
Records show (grief what a lot of records on us we all have) that this group is the one I post on most except for a UK one.

Earlier in the year, I'd been trying to do one stack of promos each month, but that got shot down as my wife's illness worsened. I haven't done any monthlies since then. I'll probably get back to it soon, but as you well know, it takes time to reboot your life after a loss like that.
