You guys are the best!!!! I have missed all our interactions on these sites.
Is anyone up to talking about indie publishing post-COVID? What has changed???

They were horrible in July and August for me. What are you doing for promotion? I post to FB at least twice a week.

The good news is that I have finished my latest book and I am waiting for the paperback proof to arrive. More news is on my just published status update here on Goodreads and more news to follow soon on my blog.
Records show (grief what a lot of records on us we all have) that this group is the one I post on most except for a UK one.

I did a massive (for me) launch campaign in August. That went well in terms of sales, although not so much in terms of income. I spent about twice what I earned.
Earlier in the year, I'd been trying to do one stack of promos each month, but that got shot down as my wife's illness worsened. I haven't done any monthlies since then. I'll probably get back to it soon, but as you well know, it takes time to reboot your life after a loss like that.

I love that twist. In essence: "I won't ask you for money, but I'll send you to someone who will."
Who could refuse that offer? (*face palm*)
Congratulations!
Any friends out there in the US who want to push it to #1?
