2017 Reading Challenge discussion

Did not think I would like this book. But it turned out to be one of the best middle school novels I've read in a long time. But...

Really though! I was mean because he gave me nightmares. Boo Hoo. Outside of that though it was a fabulous book with real heart and courage.

I just finished this book this morning and I thought it was amazing. Fabulous book that should be read by all secondary school students and the issues it raises should be discussed. It's definitely going on my favourites list

We used this as a whole-school read aloud in 2013. So glad that all the 6th, 7th and 8th graders in our building at the time got to share Auggie's experience!
