Whew, I'm finally here to share the prompts for September. I'm so sorry I'm a few days late- this month came in out of no where at exactly the wrong time and I haven't had even one moment to sit down and share this month's prompts- But better late than never... I hope 😬.

Crazily enough we are now in the last quarter of the year so just a few more months left of this years game- time really does fly!

The Prompts:

Turn #1
Card: Read a steampunk book.
Roll: Odd page number.

Turn #2
Card: Have a friend pick a book for you.
Roll: Freebie!

Turn #3
Card: Randomly generate a word and find a title with that word in it.
Roll: New release.

explanation: Use a word generator (just google it) to give you a random word- then find a book with that word, just make sure you choose a new release (in the last 12 months). you can generate as many words as you need to in order to find a book that works.

Turn #4
Card: LGBTQ+ representation.
Roll: Freebie!

explanation: Any book you have with queer rep!

Turn #5
Card: Pick a book while blind-folded (or you could just close your eyes lol.
Roll: Hardcover.

Turn #6 (rolled doubles)
Card: Book from a finished series.
Roll: Read an indie.

explanation: So we rolled a 20 twice (Freebie!) which is a nice easy prompt to land on but it does mean we need to play an extra turn this month. Choose a book from an indie (self-published or independent publisher) series thats already complete.

Turn #7 (punishment)
Card: Read a paperback.
Roll: Read a YA.
