What did you like best about Here Again Now?

How did you feel about Achike, Ekene and Chibuike?

When Achike struggles with his career he thinks “I know how lucky I am. But I don’t want to be lucky. I want to be happy.” How did this resonate with the book and with you?

Poppy Moss | 2 comments This book was powerful and devastatingly beautiful. What I loved most was how intimate and emotionally raw the writing was. It seems that Okechukwu's threw his heart and soul into writing this, and it had a stunning effect. I was also grateful to read a novel about masculine relationships (be it fathers, lovers, friends). It is rare that contemporary literature gives us an honest and emotional exploration of that. This text is quite remarkable and I'd recommend it to anyone!
