An awesome book in an awesome series. This is one of the first YA dystopian books I read with two 1st-person perspectives, one male, one female. I really loved how it was done, and it inspired my to do the same for one of my series :)I loved the action, the characters, and the intensity of the plot.
Oh I've already read it! I just want to read them again! So few books I enjoy enough to reread but this is definitely one of those! I recently bought the first and third books at a used book fair, so I need to buy the second asap!
I finished the first book sometime back, but didn't find myself racing to go get the next in the series. This is rare for me, but as much as I try to pinpoint the reason why, I just can't. I enjoyed it, but I didn't devour it like other dystopian series. However, reading your guys' comments regarding the series has made me ready to pick the second one up and reimmerse myself back into the world.
There typically comes a time in almost every book that I read that I wish to just abandon the book... Most of the time I push through and end up liking it. In this book, there were absolutely none. This book had me intrigued from the first page to the last page of Champion. And I have to say, I think this is one of my favorite series, If not my favorite.
I've read the first book Legend and really enjoyed it. I loved that it was from both characters perspective as I love those types of books it. I liked how the writing flowed nicely as it wasn't rushed but I never felt like it dragged. I liked the characters, as I could see similarities and differences that made an interesting and sweet romance. I also thought they were really mature. I thought the society was well thought out and more believable than some YA dystopian books I've read.I also loved Metias. Such a great character!

Thanks and enjoy!
