Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hi I'm hoping someone can help, one of the the authors in my publishing house keeps getting rejected from the Goodreads Author Program. He has multiple books up but can't set up his author profile. I'm not sure if he's getting auto-rejected for some reason?

Author name is Marshall J. Moore, one of his books currently live and published (by us, Shadow Alley Press) is The Pale City
Any help would be appreciated, he's tried to apply 3 times now. Thank you!

He needs to contact Support directly. We do not have anything to do with the author program.

They do not use email anymore. You have to go through the Contact Us page.
