well true but the news can also be group news- which is why I changed it to News / Moderator Announcements.

Little confused why you were against the sub ending.. Lighting Redirection can be a sub bending, it means the character hasnt developed full lighting bending capabilities.. cuz... now rouge sub bending is air ;_;
Also he backstory really needs work. could you explain these to him? i gotta post something to help with the whole bending thing

Any bender can be born into the Avatar Cycle. The cycle follows a pattern based on the seasons. Fall: Air, Winter: Water, Spring: Earth, Summer: Fire.

1. Making it, which takes time to do, like.. a minute
2. redirection lighting, whether from a person, or object
3.... i have no idea
