The Help question

I am trying to find this book I read a while back. I remember it was about a couple based in England I believe. They talked about making spicy curry and drinking beer for their dinner. They seemed happy enough and the man went in a business trip or something. The woman met a father of a son in her child’s class. They seemed to be started an affair, she invited him over for spicy curry and beer too. She did not following through with the affair and ended things between them, staying faithful to her husband and sticking with their marriage. Does anyone know what this book is called?
