Romeo and Juliet
by William Shakespeare
I began rereading this duirng the fall readathon when it was mentioned in ( Frostfire). Just finished it. I have read it several times throughout my life and have enjoyed it⭐️⭐️⭐️
Heart Broke
It was a good glimpse into the California that we don't really think about when we think about California.
Mythos: The Greek Myths Retold, by Stephen Fry. A good retelling of some of the myths of the ancient Greek gods and their adventures with each other and with mortals.
Tooth and Claw, by T.C. Boyle. Some pretty good stories, several involving young men who get into a drug habit/culture, but a pretty decent variety of stories.

I have just finished collection of American Tall Tales: Big Men, Big Country: A Collection of American Tall Tales retold by Paul Robert Walker. A few stories that either were new to me or that I had forgotten since childhood. Read as part of a genre study I am doing this year which includes traditional stories.
Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk
by David Sedaris
A fun, adult read of anthropomorphized animals on wild adventures and learning life lessons along the way. Cute and dark humor
The Woman on the Island. Although it's part of the Vera Stanhope crime series, as a short story it doesn't really fit in that category as is more of a character thing.
