Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place to post this but I'm panicking! My Kobo Glo hd froze! The little red light on the top, the turn on-off button, works; it s red and if I push it it turns off. It is also red when charged. But the screen is frozen on the cover of the book I'm reading and nothing else happens. I tried resetting it through the little hole (where you insert a paper clip) but nothing. It doesn't reset! :( It is a little old but I've always treated it well. I don't know what else to do.
