Let's look back on February...

-Did you read books that you thought were diverse?
-Did you find new authors/books?
-What did you like (readathon/books/...)?
-What should be done differently in April?
-Do you plan to join again in April?

Nicole (ofbooksandtrees) - Definitely! last year I read so much of the same and I feel like just in these first two month with this read-a-thon in february i've already read more diverse books than I did in the whole of last year.
- I really liked Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's writing in Purple Hibiscus and plan to read more books by her :)
- what I like about this read-a-thon is the reading more diverse. on my own I wasn't really sure where to start, but this is really motivating!
- not sure.. I liked this month.
-Yes! I don't know waht book(s) I'll be reading, but I will definitely join again :D

Alícia | 20 comments I agree with Nicole! I really enjoyed participating in the read-a-thong and I'm glad I found some new authors. I only wish I'd had more time to read.

I'll definitely take part in the read-a-thon next month! I'm actually very excited about the books I've chosen for April! :D

Terry | 26 comments Oops. I meant to answer those questions last week. Here goes:
- Yes I found some diverse subject matter and diverse writing styles.
- I found several very good authors whose work I had never heard of before joining this group.
- I enjoyed discovering new (to me) literature, finding new voices and new ways of seeing the world, and learning about other parts of the world through its literature. And I enjoyed reading people's thoughts and comments in the discussion threads.
- Nothing different needs to be done in April, unless you want to add a discussion thread specific to certain books, as someone suggested earlier.
- Yes I will definitely join again in April!
