We have gained many new members over the past few months and I want to say hello to all of you and welcome to the group. If you have a moment, please go to the introduction thread and say a quick “hello”.
On Monday, March 2nd, we begin our two week discussion of Shakespeare’s Hamlet as a warmup for our read/reread of David Foster Wallace’s Infinite Jest, which begins March 16th. Besides borrowing the line “infinite jest” to title his book, Wallace also explores many of the themes and conflicts of Shakespeare’s most famous play. Please join the discussion for both books as we begin 12 weeks of some serious Brain Pain reading!
