202 pages, 2 empty pages, 1 About the Author page, 1 empty page, 1 page ad, 6 pages excerpt of other book (still numbered), 1 page ad, rest empty. Rest is empty besides an Amazon barcode.

Done - 203 pages.

That makes no sense.

We don't count advertisements or excerpts of other books and there's no reason to count blank pages at the end.

You don't count random pages throughout the book, either, I assume. Which would be the only way to get to 203 pages.

You did say there were 202 pages, then 2 blank pages, then 1 page about the author, then 1 blank page, then 1 advertisement page, then 6 pages of excerpts of the author's other books, then another advertisement, followed by more blank pages.

So by my logic that's 202 pages + the 1 page about the author = 203 pages.

Amazon has 214 pages, which evidently includes all the blank pages, ads and book excerpts at the end (after page 202).

Seems very weird to me, and not how it was done so far. You just keep counting to the last relevant page.

If the blank pages are in between relevant pages, we include them in the count. So the correct number should be 205, and I have changed it.
