How is Ruuqo pronounced?

I just wondered how fellow readers think the name Ruuqo is pronounced. Is it "Roo-ko"? "Roo-ooh-ko"? "Roo-kwo"? What are your thoughts?
I always read it as "Roo-Kwo" due to it just working in my brain, but I feel as if there's probably a different (and correct) way to pronounce it
