I might be interested. I've been using StoryOrigin for a couple of years now and have had good results in building up my mailing list through swaps and group promos there. (Not so much for sales so far, but I do get a lot of clicks sometimes.)

I wanted to do something on my own and thought the group here on Goodreads would be a great place to start.
Justin wrote: "Yeah I was going to go with StoryOrigin originally but decided to go with BookFunnel...."I use both, but it's always good to use more collaborations. I had started a cross-promotion group here but it wasn't as active as I hoped, but I'm game for another try.
I'll participate though I'm not sure how this would work. Are we going to send out an email to our lists to direct readers to a page where they can choose books?
D, you may do that if you wish. Part of the idea besides getting sales will be to get email addresses for those who will have their books as free downloads. But in part you can absolutely notify your current email list.My list is rather scarce so I'll be posting the link to my social media accounts.
When I get a good amount of people interested(I think based on comments in here it's 5 counting myself) I will look into putting everything together and I will write out the plan of action.

I'm still new at it but it looks like it can be quite beneficial if done correctly.
I'd love to be part of a collaboration, but don't know how much I can contribute, as I'm new to marketing. Still wanted to register my interest!
I've never started a newsletter, and I don't think I could, but if I were to take part I'd be happy to shoot out a few tiktoks and such, tweets, etc, a blog post, advertising the group of twelve (or however many) books on sale.My books are sci-fi/cli-fi. Kind of YA but edging into adult. Some fantasy tropes (like telepathic communication) but definitely not fantasy.
Mark me as having interest but not 100% sure I can commit, as I am limited on how many sale days I can have.

As you know I'm looking for other authors who would be interested in doing a joint promotion. A joint promotion is when a bunch of authors team up and place their books(free or normal price) preferably on one page and make a link for it to send to readers where they can download or buy as many books on the page as they want. Some authors may use an email sign up in order for people to get their free book.
It would be beneficial in two ways:
-Gets sales and downloads on your books
-Gets new subscribers on your email list.
I'm looking to get around a dozen authors on here if possible. In the meantime, if you're interested please drop a comment and we can discuss how we're going to do this.
