Science Fiction Without Borders discussion

Hello, my name is Erin! I moved to Madison ~1.5 years ago for work. I didn't have much free time then, but now I'm looking to get more involved with my hobbies. I came across a science fiction convention organization called SF3, and was told that an affiliate group called Science Fiction Without Borders met regularly for SF book clubs. Is this that same org? If so, I would love to learn more about how to join!
