3 stars
Book Two - involving a lieThe Twyford Code by Janice Hallett
Loved The Appeal by the same author so was looking forward to this one
It was very clever but I’m afraid I got fed up after about 100 pages - I did finish it but it was a struggle
2 stars

Fifth book in Tilly and Poe series - usually set in Cumbria although this alternates with London / Northumberland

3 stars

The last (for now) book in the Dr Ruth Galloway series - one of my favourites
5 stars
Book ElevenThe Maid by Nita Prose
Quirky crime with main character similar to Elinor Oliphant
3.5 stars
Book Thirteen The Pain Tourist by Paul Cleave
The novel is set in New Zealand which I would love to visit. Although given the murder / crime nature of the books maybe not !!
Second Paul Cleave book I’ve read - definite page turners
4 stars
Book FourteenThe Skeleton Key by Erin Kelly
Split between two timeframes, present day and 1980’s around two families and a treasure hunt book. Liked the beginning and end but I flagged in the middle
3 stars
Book Fifteen The Hare with Amber Eyes by Edmund de Waal
Memoir tracing his family history and a collection of netsuke that the author inherited from his great uncle.
Travels from Odessa to Paris to Vienna to Japan - the second half of the book was particularly riveting
4 stars
Book Sixteen completedThe Sleeping and the Dead by Ann Cleeves
One of her early books and not one of her well known series.
Enjoyed in the main although I’d had guessed the culprit relatively early.

Book Twenty Five All Shall be Well by Deborah Crombie
I read one of the Duncan Kincaid series years ago - enjoyed it so I bought a few more. For some reason they’ve been lying on one of my TBR shelves since. So glad I’ve picked them back up

I think you only have to finish 25 to complete the challenge, so congrats! I'm not going to finish this one this year. I've enjoyed Crombie series over the years. I think I've read all but the last one.
I really like your format. Your challenge was fun to look at. Do you mind if I copy the way you recorder this?
