I just started reading "A Place Called Home" series by Lori and wondered what others would recommend I read by her next. I really liked "A Long Road Home" very much. I didn't care much for "A Song for Silas."

I haven't read any of these! Would love to hear what you thought of "A Place Called Home" and if I should start with that one.

Yes, I would start with "A Place Called Home." It was the first book I read of hers, and I guess it was the first one she wrote. It was a nice story and I especially liked how she let the reader know what the two main characters were thinking throughout the book.

"A Long Road Home" dealt with a preacher getting angry with God for letting his new bride die. The emotions were very real. It was a really neat love story.
