Kind of dark erotic the guy follows girl from afar hires a guy to attack her while he watchs but then changes his mind and breaks it up, he seeks revenge cause when they were younger they were in foster home together and she ends up going to family or gets adopted something like that leaving him behind and he held it against her, ends up that he has money and I really don't know much more than that oh at first he treats her awful

It reminds me a little Raw by Belle Aurora, although they didn't grow up in foster home together, they were neighbours, both with bad parents and influence. *SPOILER*
But he did have a revenge against her, hired a guy to attack her while he watched and then saved her, he has a lot of money.
