The Light Readers discussion

Hello everyone! Hope you all are enjoying your break so far. That being said, I hope everyone has been reading our book. We should be coming close to finishing half of the book by next week. I was hoping to discuss some things that have happened and hopefully they are easy to answer. Nevertheless, if you just want to comment on something you like/dislike so far, feel free to do so!

How do you think the culinary arts class is working out for Emoni?

Which scene has stuck with you the most so far? Why do you think it stuck with you?

So far I love Malachi and Emoni’s relationship I think its so cute and so far Angelica is my favorite character. I love how funny and sarcastic she is.

1) So far, I believe that the culinary arts class is not working out for Emoni because she likes to go with the flow while cooking and in her class she has to follow the recipe she is given.
2) The scene that is stuck to me the most is when Malachi is walking Emoni to her classes or when he asked her if she was free afterschool. (I may have read way more)
3) So far my favorite character is Angelica because she’s so real.
