Welcome friends!!!! I am super excited for this challenge and make new friends and learn about one another.

Challenge runs Jan 1 to Feb 28th.

Here you can keep track of all the books you will read. When you are done with your name please go to Check in tread and let me know that you have finished. That way you can start on your bonus tasks.

Once both people are finished with the others name you will be given bonus ice breaker questions that will be turned into tasks. So you can learn about each other. If you have any questions please go the Q & A

I thought it would be easier to have a load of books in one place , theres about 80 ish , which may be a little on the optimistic side but we'll see 😁

How are you getting on withbyour reading Michelle , ive read 2 short ones but nothing seems to be working together, im hoping oncenPlague has finished it will be better

I've read 3 books so far and 1 works for your name...so not too bad.

Michelle, a friend is playing this and i was checking her thread .

They already finished the names?? I read a lot and I've only found 3 letters so far. Not being able to use author's names slows it down.

In our defence they have a lot shorter names than us and my friend in particular hasnt got as many challenges on the go 😄, and as long as we seem to roughly on the same level then we're doing ok
Ive got 3 books planned for Plague but i can start until 10th as they work for Indias bonus as well

Yes, lots to choose from. 🎉

Im going to go through my georgia list and see what works with other challenges .

So ive looked up Georgia and im.presuming its pretty hot .
Freezing cold here at moment .
Weve got a cottage out in the hills just ove an hours drive away and we went up today at it was 3° in the house ( thats about 37 F) had heating on all eveing and still not warmed up, im currently in bed with 2 hot water bottles 😄😄
Are you by the coast ..id love to live by the sea 🌊

It does get very hot here in the summer! The highs lately are in the upper 50s - upper 60s. We are in the middle of the state, so it's about a 2 - 3 hour drive to get to the ocean...not too bad, though. The best beaches are about a 5 hour drive and are along the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous sand and water there!

I've never slept with a hot water bottle! That must be pretty interesting.

We will be in Europe for the month of March visiting England, Ireland, Scotland, and France! I can't wait!!

I think our nearest beach is about 2 hours away as well.

Have you veen over here before and where you going . Ireland is gorgeous, me and hubby used to hitchhike all.over in our younger days and stay in youth hostels, and the same in Scotland but not so much

It is our first trip to Europe! We are with a group tour about half the time and on our own the rest. We are going to a ton of places. Here are some:


London, Bristol, Coombe, Bath, Stonehenge, Paris, Normandy, Versailles, Edinburgh, Inverness, Glencoe, Alloway, Belfast, Derry, Donegal, Dublin...

OMG you are in for a great time , they are lovely places you are going to , tlets just hope you get some nice weather as it can be a bit pradictable over here 😄
