The Beatles are a sixties English Rock Group. They are definately THE BEST band ever, and were worshiped WORLD-WIDE for an entire decade as a group, then as solo artists up to this day. They consist of John Lennon(1940-1980) George Harrison (1943-2001) Ringo Starr (1940-present day) and Paul McCartney (1942-present day)
