Christian Fiction Devourers discussion

This year we only have 1) Titles, 2) authors and 3) Setting
You can choose any of the 3 categories or as many as you would like.

The format again as is follows:

You are looking for words in your titles, authors and settings that you are trying to coincide with the letter. For titles, it can be the beginning letter of any word in the title. It is the same with the author's name - either first or last ( or middle) as well as the setting which can be town, county, state/province, country.

It looks like this:

Authors -- Listed alphabetically by author.
Titles -- Listed alphabetically by title.
Setting -Listed alphabetically


You can do 1, 2, or all 3 categories as your challenge. You CAN do a crossover as you can count a book for 2 categories, so for instance you could take a title and an author from one book and count it for two categories. The goal is to hit all the titles A-Z (and or authors, and settings, not necessarily to read them in order. You can post one of two ways- either a complete list ahead of time that you are aiming towards or a read and post as you go kind of thing. And yes, you are allowed to change your mind and substitute titles as you go if you "pre-do" your list.

I was going to do Authors, Characters and Titles and leave out Location this time. I never seem to manage a couple of those at the bottom of the alphabet but this year I got all 26 characters. For some reason I never managed to get an author with F in the name; I went back through all 300 titles and not one. But I have an anthology on my Kobo - An Heirloom Christmas - with an author with that initial; hopefully I get around to reading that group of short stories in the coming year. I will add Location and try for all four again.

Non-fiction is just fine as well as fiction. If you post a book that has profanity, please put a note beside it that it has profanity.

Well I think by this point I have to accept I'm going to miss it by three authors. I've really enjoyed this one though! A few times I felt stuck for certain things, and looked to see what others did for a certain location, and saw how others were thinking outside of the box.
