The school for good and evil series!Saw it at our local library in 4th grade. I'm currently re-reading it, since I crave some nostalgia
The main books were:
The Start:
Valley of the Dinosaurs (1st grade)
Junie B. Jones and the Stupid Smelly Bus (second grade)
Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots (second grade)
The Advancement (getting older):
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (3rd grade)
Athena the Brain (third grade)
Among the Hidden (third grade)
The Obsession (full on book nerd):
Cinder (fourth grade)
The Hunger Games (fifth grade)
The Lightning Thief (fifth grade)
aaand here i am, in high school, and still in love with reading

i honestly can’t remember i’ve been reading on and off my whole life but a few years ago a whole lot got in the way and i kind of stopped. about 6 months ago i was in an airport and picked up book lovers by emily henry and the seven husbands of evelyn hugo by tjr and so book lovers was the book that got me back into it and i have such a fierce overprotectiveness over that book because of that it’s hilarious
I got back into reading in the summer! The elementals by Michelle Madow got me back into reading! ;)
I can’t really remember exactly because I’ve loved reading as long as I can remember, but the first series I can think of that got me the really into reading was the Percy Jackson series
Just got interested on reading september this year (2022), thanks to me finding booktubers and a couple discord friends. First book i bought was from a 2nd hand store. Leviathan, by Paul Auster. I struggled reading it as it was my first book, it was in english (not my native language), and ended up being from a genre i now know i don't like, haha. But thanks to that book i learnt/became able to read from 5 pages per day to 10 per hour (i'm not a fast reader)
Catching fire in the hunger games series!!! It was the most well written book out of the hunger games books in my opinion. I would highly recommend!! I was also a teen but it was the book that got me into reading
the harry potter books tbh. i started reading them in second grade and since then i’ve always been a big reader
