I completely failed in this challenge in 2022 and I have not yet made up my mind as to whether to join in in 2023...
No 3 sounds interesting and I can recommend No 4 + 11!

Distant View of a Minaret and Other Stories by Egyptian writer Alifa Rifaat was my May read. I did enjoy this collection of beautiful but tragic short stories.

This book is part of the 50 books by African women. It was my number 42 read on the list, I'm closing the gap :)

I started my July read Tram 83 in July, but was so far unable to finish it. Have been very occupied, by moving out of Africa and starting a new position.

I did not start my August and September reads (The Shining Girls and Awu's Story: A Novel yet... A lot of catching up to do!
