Rachel | 5 comments Can anyone help a girl out??

I'm looking for some book recs that fall into the Noir genre, but instead of the male "Sam Spade"- type character, I'd like a "Sam-ANTHA Spade", so-to-speak!

Is there such a book??

Thank you in advance!!

message 9: by Gianna (new)

Finding the Place Where Everything Lives isn't a romance novel per se but does have a relationship at its core. It uses the past to present device throughout. It's a good read.

message 15: by Razan (new)

Razan I love a friendship that turns into animosity kind of stories, I want my heart to be pulled apart and feel the remnants sadness of the two friends each time they face each other (but don't make it romantic please). I'm really into it.
Preferably something other than Vengeful 🙂‍↕️🩷🩷

gapple 01 | 5 comments Hi!

I’m currently looking for some good books! I like Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Holes, and, if you know the series (it’s Swedish) Skurkarnas skurk. NOTE: Please don’t suggest me any romance, as it’s generally not my thing.

Thanks for all the help! 🤠

Thank you so much for the recommendations! I’m currently reading the hobbit, and I am also a fan of Roald Dahl! But your statement might be true, I think I’m moving on from the classic kids stories.
