V.C. Andrews discussion

Apparently, Virginia Andrews published a few gothic romances under a nom de plume before she hit it big with the Dollanganger saga (the early 70s, perhaps?). Has anyone ever read one that they suspect may have been written by our Virginia? She was going to use the name Adrienne Vale to publish Flowers, I believe, but I cannot find anything else on the internet with that name. I got this info from www.completevca.com
