Nancy:Is it 'time' to give this thread a wake up post? ;-) Why not! Here we go -
* My book is titled '1804' and went live on Amazon last year on the 18th of March (my birthday!) as both a paperback and an epub.
* I'm in California and 'just posted it on Amazon'... I have no idea if it's 'exclusive to one country'.. I thought putting it up on Amazon made it available anywhere. That aside, I plan to give away a few epub copies directly via email (I've given away many more copies than have been sold on Amazon).
* If you were a French officer in Napoleon's 'Grand Armee' at the Camp of Boulogne (preparing for the invasion of Britain with 200,000 other soldiers) settling down for a soak in a small Roman bath - when suddenly there was an explosion in the nearby harbor that rained flaming debris all around you... what would you do? If you chose to duck under the water for a moment, you might be surprised when a WWI soldier and a 44AD Roman Legionnaire popped up from the water the same time as you - but you would be astonished if you secreted them to your tent to make sense of it all, only to to reveal a picture of your gypsy wife... and see both men pointing to it exclaiming "Where did you get a picture of my wife?!" Even more disturbing - they are all named Emerald! But... if George and Titus have transported to 1804 (and Bayard is at *HOME* in 1804...)... is HIS Emerald still in 1804?

* Today is the 23 of March - how about the first 5? No time limit. If the 5th person doesn't respond till March next year, then the bargain will be theirs!

*Must state whether it is a physical book or an ebook (or both) and what form of ebook (Kindle, ePub, MOBI, PDF AZW etc).
*Please state if open to US only, out of the US or both. If you are not willing or able to mail a book out of the country or your book is only in a format that US or other countries can redeem (like Amazon UK or Amazon US), then this needs to be stated in the giveaway.
*Provide a thoughtful question related to the book’s premise for entrants to answer.
*The number of copies of your book you are giving away.
*The length of your giveaway (one week, two weeks, one month etc). Give enough time to allow people to enter but make sure you are available at the end to pick a winner and notify them. Don’t end a giveaway while you’re out of town or about to go out of town. Make sure you can promptly send out the books when you get the winners information via PM. Make sure you can receive PMs from anyone on GoodReads so people can contact you after the giveaway ends with their information.
After receiving your request for an official group giveaway, I will post it in this thread and send out an announcement to the group.
