FSH pituitary gland An egg to develop in

uterus builds up and

Stimulates the production of LH.
Inhibits the production of FSH.

So that’s what it does to us and what it does to our neurons is basically it increases the levels of GABA (gamma-amino butyric acid) and the levels of dopamine in your brain.
