Books and Coffee discussion

What books have you read for your English classes and did you like any of them?

I remember reading Romeo and Juliet, which I liked. In my senior year of high school was when my English class read the most interesting books and I really enjoyed the books. We read One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Shawshank Redemption, Jack and Rochelle: A Holocaust Story of Love and Resistance, and Memoirs of a Geisha. All of which I enjoyed, my teacher that year was also cool because he let us watch the movie adaptations of all of these books on class. I've noticed not all English teachers do this and I've had teachers that have shown the movies and ones that didn't.
