Stacie | 4 comments I just finished The Final Revival of Opal & Nev for my 70's decade. It is a decent book but if I were to recommend a book, very similar to that, it would be Daisy Jones and the Six which is a fantastic read.

Eleanor & Park

I liked the young adult novel Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell.

"Set over the course of one school year in 1986, this is the story of two star-crossed misfits--smart enough to know that first love almost never lasts, but brave and desperate enough to try."

I suggest Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid - a great read especially in the summertime!
