Neverland by Anna Katmore will always be my favorite. :)I just recently bought the twisted tales series as well. I'm looking forward to reading them. So many great authors too -- Liz Braswell, Elizabeth Lim, etc.
Legendborn by Tracy Deonn and the sequel, Bloodmarked.Fantastic retelling of King Arthur/sword in the stone
Alice by Christina Henry for a darker read, and then As Old As Time from the A Twisted Tale series 😁
I don't recall much as regards fairytale retellings I've read yet, except these few:A Curse so dark and lonely by Brigid Kemmerer (I've only read the first book in the series yet, and I did like it. I do hope to get around to reading the rest of them too)
Snow, Glass, Apples by Neil Gaimann - it was really really weird, but a different take on snow white.
And I don't know if this counts but The Hazel Wood series by Melissa Albert.

I loved Heartless! And I love everything by Marissa Meyers! The Lunar Chronicles are fun and easy reads. I just read Gilded and Cursed- & enjoyed them both. I also love Melanie Cellier- my new favorite. So far I have read: The Four Kingdoms, Beyond the Four Kingdoms. A Mage’s Influence.
And Chanda Hahn’s series Daughters of Eville.
Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
