Redwall discussion

Always having loved little creature worlds as a child, especially mice, I checked this book out at the library. I really love the descriptions of nature and adventures of Matthias and his friends. It's getting me through a hard time in my life (health wise). Brian Jacques seemed to have a way of writing that is just fun to read (for lack of any better word) and it cheers me up somehow. I was really sad to find out he had passed away. I'm happy to see there are many books after this.

Glad you're enjoying it. However, I think I enjoyed the beginning of the book the most and began to lose interest in the end unfortunately. I'd be interested to know your thoughts.

I think that’s the case with a few of the stories but with so much diversity among his books there’s sure to be a bunch you find entrancing the whole way
