I honestly don't understand why It Ends With Us is her only book that depicts the abuse as abuse. Yes, DV is abuse. But let's not act like a LOT of her other books aren't abuse.

and there are so many other books with something like that. I just don't understand it. Yes, DV is abuse. But why is that her only book that depicts the abuse as abuse? It makes NO sense at all.

I think you're reaching justtt a bit. It is absolutely not abuse to keep secrets from someone. It's not nice and November 9 was just a terrible book with a terrible love interest, but saying that it's abuse is a bit much.

I'm not saying keeping secrets is abuse, I'm saying that lying and deceiving someone for 5 years on what their whole relationship was built off of is abuse. But I lowkey get your point (not really, just somewhat)
